The town

Auburndale was settled in 1880 by Frank Fuller and incorporated in 1911, and it counted 15,616 residents at the 2020 Census. The rules

Auburndale is an incorporated city, so a public street designation for golf carts would have to come from the city itself, and we could not find one. Under F.S. 316.212 that means a standard sub-20-mph cart in Auburndale stays on private property until a street is designated and posted.
