The town

Eagle Lake was first settled in 1880 when John Bingham bought land in the area, was platted as a community in 1887, became a town in October 1921, and reincorporated as a city in November 1975. The rules

Eagle Lake is an incorporated city, so a street designation for golf carts would have to come from the city itself. We could not find one. Under F.S. 316.212 that means a standard sub-20-mph cart in Eagle Lake stays on private property until the city designates and posts a street.
